Fincrime dot Org is committed to ensuring the privacy of its membership and guests. This statement of privacy explains the use practices of the Fincrime dot Org site (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you are consenting to the collection and use practices detailed in this statement of privacy.
Due to the nature of this site we believe that the integrity of the information relayed between the membership and the safety and security of our members is paramount.
Member applications
When applying for membership to the Site we therefore request certain information that we then use to confirm who is receiving membership.
We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the member; with exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority (refer to P.I.P.E.D.A.).
Nor do we provide this information to any other member without your consent.
This information is not collected without your personal knowledge If any information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you directly is required a request will be made and you can choose to fulfill the request or not.
Other information that we gather
The Site may collect and log information each time you visit. This is a normal practice in the operation of most web sites, although most will not tell you. We will gather
- the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the Internet Service Provider (ISP) from which you accessed the Internet
- the date and time you accessed the Site and the pages you visited while you were on the Site
- the IP address of any web site from which you made a direct link to the Site.
Advertising
We do not advertise on this site, nor accept requests to show advertising banners. We do, however, have partners and display their logos and information on a separate page.
